Roles & Responsibilities

• Produce compelling, short-form video advertisements for platforms like Meta, Instagram, and Facebook by transforming raw clips into captivating, fast-paced narratives.
• Design impactful openings of 7–8 seconds that grab viewers' attention and improve retention.
• Independently source and create visual content, including B-roll, AI-generated visuals, product imagery, and other innovative components.
• Develop engaging captions, motion graphics, typography, and animations that uphold readability and consistent visual style.
• Integrate suitable music and sound effects to enhance pacing, sound design, and overall viewer experience.
• Create multiple versions of creatives for performance testing while ensuring adherence to product accuracy and quality under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for animations, text motion, and basic compositing techniques.
• Deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, shot selection, retention strategies, and use of B-roll for making engaging performance content.
• Experience with AI-based image and video generation tools and the capability to source creative assets autonomously.
• Sound knowledge of typography, captions, music integration, and sound design with emphasis on visual and audio details.
• Highly resourceful, detail-focused, and result-oriented with capability to work swiftly without compromising creative quality or product accuracy.

Work Details

• Work location: Gurgaon, Sector-58 office.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 5.5 days per week.
