Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and animate visuals including products, graphics, typography, and campaigns using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
• Develop short-form motion creatives tailored for digital marketing ads to maximize visual engagement and impact.
• Utilize AI-based tools to generate and integrate innovative visual content and transformations within creative projects.
• Craft smooth animations, seamless transitions, and motion sequences by applying principles of timing, easing, and utilizing the Graph Editor.
• Incorporate music and sound design elements to enhance motion content for a compelling viewer experience.
• Work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams to convert concepts into high-quality motion designs, ensuring consistent visual standards and detail orientation.

Candidate Requirements

• Expert level skills in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects with a solid grasp of motion design and animation fundamentals.
• Deep knowledge of composition, visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and overall visual design principles.
• Practical experience manipulating Graph Editor, easing functions, timing, smooth transitions, and text animations.
• Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools and the ability to incorporate AI-generated assets into design workflows.
• Excellent visual judgment, creativity, and keen attention to detail, able to deliver polished work without relying excessively on preset templates.

Work Conditions

• Work onsite at Gurgaon office in Sector 58.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 5.5 days per week.
