About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and imaginative Video Editor Intern enthusiastic about video creation, editing, and visual storytelling. The role involves working on various digital marketing videos, including social media reels, promotional clips, and corporate videos to support brand communication.
Primary Responsibilities
- Edit dynamic reels, shorts, promotional videos, and corporate content with creativity and precision.
- Design and integrate professional transitions, visual effects, titles, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Handle fundamental audio editing tasks such as synchronization and sound enhancement to enhance video quality.
- Transform raw video footage into captivating and polished final outputs.
- Collaborate closely with the content creators and digital marketing teams to align video content with campaign goals.
- Interpret scripts or storyboards effectively, converting them into compelling visual narratives.
- Optimize video files for distribution across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and websites.
- Maintain consistent branding standards including typography, visual style, and output quality.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and video production techniques.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe After Effects is preferred.
- Experience using Apple Final Cut Pro for video editing.
- Skills in Adobe Audition for audio enhancements.
- Competence in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong capabilities in video creation, editing, and visual storytelling.
- Audio editing and synchronization skills.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, and grading.
- Good understanding of social media video formatting and current trends.
Eligibility Criteria
This opportunity welcomes freshers, students, and recent graduates passionate about creative video editing. Applicants with a portfolio or samples demonstrating their video editing work will have an added advantage.
Internship Details and Career Progression
The internship duration is 3 months. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate recognizing their internship. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role based on their contributions, creativity, and work quality during the internship period.
