Overview

Vrm Structures India Private Limited is seeking dedicated Field Sales Executives to join their teams based in Vijayawada and Kurnool. This role involves promoting and closing sales by engaging customers directly in local territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to potential clients within designated regions to generate new sales leads.
• Provide thorough explanations of products or services to customers and successfully finalize sales agreements.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Consistently work toward meeting established sales targets and report progress regularly.
• Attend office meetings at least three times each month for coordination and updates.

Requirements

• Solid grasp of sales strategies and effective customer engagement practices.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Preparedness for local travel to meet clients and expand customer base.
• Capability to work autonomously and efficiently pursue leads to closure.

• Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 monthly.
