About the Role

Jovera Group seeks a talented Video Editor to become a part of our marketing and creative team located in Abu Dhabi. The select candidate will play a key role in crafting captivating, superior video content tailored for social media, digital marketing efforts, corporate messaging, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit both short and long videos suitable for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop promotional, corporate, and marketing videos that engage viewers and promote brand messaging.
• Execute video editing tasks including cutting footage, applying transitions, color correction and grading, as well as sound edits, subtitles, and motion graphics integration.
• Collaborate with marketing personnel to align video content with campaign goals and content specifications.
• Customize video outputs to fit various social media formats and aspect ratios.
• Choose appropriate music tracks, sound effects, clips, and visual components to enhance video projects.
• Maintain an organized system for video files, raw footage, and digital assets.
• Ensure every piece of video content adheres strictly to Jovera Group’s branding rules.
• Consistently meet project deadlines while upholding high-quality production standards.
• Keep abreast of evolving editing trends, new social media formats, and innovative creative methods.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a professional Video Editor with a portfolio or showreel showcasing prior projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential.
• Expertise in motion graphics, color correction/grading, sound editing, and visual effects.
• Experience in producing content tailored for social media channels.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills, a keen eye for composition, timing, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly creative, self-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
• Capacity to juggle multiple assignments and meet set deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Previous exposure to digital marketing or advertising environments is a plus.
• Preference given to candidates residing in the UAE or those able to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
