Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Video Editor to join our Bengaluru-based team on a full-time, on-site basis. This position entails transforming raw video footage into refined, polished videos by cutting, sequencing, and incorporating transitions and audio elements that align precisely with creative briefs and brand standards. The role requires active collaboration with both production and creative teams, performing color correction, integrating motion graphics, and delivering videos formatted appropriately for different digital channels. Responsibilities also include organizing media resources, upholding visual consistency across projects, contributing innovative ideas to enhance storytelling and engagement, and liaising with stakeholders to gather feedback and finalize content within set deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least two years of hands-on experience in video production and editing, proficient at converting raw footage into engaging narratives.
• Expertise in video color grading to maintain coherent and attractive visual styles throughout projects.
• Skills in creating and incorporating motion graphics and graphic elements that strengthen storytelling and brand messaging.
• Proficiency with professional editing and post-production software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong attention to detail with a well-developed visual sensibility, capable of adhering to brand guidelines and creative directives.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to effectively accept and apply constructive feedback.
• Capacity to juggle multiple assignments, prioritize workloads, and meet strict deadlines within a dynamic work environment.
• Educational background or formal training in film, media, design, or related fields is advantageous.
• A portfolio showcasing prior video editing work is required for application.
