About the Role
We seek a proficient and swift Video Editor adept at managing a large volume of content with precision and creativity. This role suits professionals experienced in fast-paced environments such as news outlets, political campaigns, or social media platforms where quick delivery and compelling storytelling are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit both short and long-form videos tailored for social media channels.
- Develop engaging visual content inspired by news and trending topics.
- Produce rapid edits appropriate for formats like reels, shorts, and digital news segments.
- Incorporate text overlays, transitions, effects, and basic motion graphics into videos.
- Ensure on-schedule video submissions aligned with content calendars.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and social media teams for daily project requirements.
- Uphold consistency, clarity, and quality in storytelling through visuals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; preference for Media, Journalism, or Design backgrounds.
- Experience in news editing or handling high-volume content workflows.
- Understanding of social media video formats and current trends.
- Ability to deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and strong narrative ability.
Preferred Candidate Attributes
- Previous work experience in news stations, political campaigns, or digital media agencies.
- Experience editing videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Shorts.
- Comfort with fast-paced work environments.
- Residency in Dehradun city only.

Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between 25,000 and 30,000 INR.
