About the Role

We are seeking passionate Video Editors to join the Social Media Team based in Kanpur. This position focuses on creating captivating visual stories that engage viewers and resonate well on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short videos, including reels and social-specific content formats.
• Transform raw footage into compelling narratives using appropriate pacing, transitions, music, and effects.
• Produce visually dynamic content aligned with current social media trends.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, editorial, and social media teams.
• Experiment with innovative formats, editing techniques, and creative ideas.
• Stay abreast of trends to continuously bring fresh concepts to video productions.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient video editing skills combined with a strong storytelling ability.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form social content formats.
• Experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Creative eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to deliver quality work efficiently and quickly.
• Entry-level candidates with a robust portfolio or showreel are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

Open to freshers possessing a strong video editing portfolio or reel.
