Position Summary

We are recruiting a skilled Video Editor to be part of our expanding team in Chippendale. This role involves crafting engaging videos, working closely with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Reporting to the studio director and producers, you will help shape stories through visual media across various platforms.

Candidate Profile

This position suits an experienced professional, ideally with a minimum of five years in comparable studio or agency environments. Mid-level candidates with strong editing fundamentals and passion are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate should be a creative problem-solver with excellent storytelling and design sensibilities.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere for video editing.
• Comfortable using DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong design intuition with versatility in multiple styles and up-to-date trends.
• An innate sense of storytelling and narrative flow.
• Capability to manage projects from inception through to final delivery.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the post-production workflow.
• Familiarity with the latest AI tools relevant to video production.
• Technical expertise in various media formats and delivery requirements, including social media, digital, and broadcast.

Desirable Extras
