About MWM Spaces Pvt. Ltd. and Role Overview
MWM Spaces Pvt. Ltd., specializing in interior design and execution, is seeking a skilled Video Editor located in Gurugram with 1 to 3 years of experience. This is a full-time onsite position focused on transforming interior design projects and everyday operations into captivating visual narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging edits for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, brand content, and project showcases.
- Convert raw footage from various locations including sites, factories, installations, and offices into compelling stories.
- Produce before-and-after transformations, walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes (BTS) videos, process showcases, and trend-inspired Reels.
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and content teams to deeply understand the narrative behind each project.
- Determine appropriate footage selection, music, transitions, pacing, and visual treatments tailored to diverse platforms.
- Incorporate typography, motion graphics, sound effects, color correction, and other polish elements as necessary.
- Stay updated on current Instagram and LinkedIn trends, editing techniques, hooks, and formats that suit premium brands.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the MWM Spaces brand visual identity.
- Effectively organize and manage raw and edited video assets.
- Occasionally perform video shooting on-site at projects, offices, or manufacturing facilities when needed.
Candidate Requirements
- P1 to 3 years of professional video editing experience, ideally with brands in creative, design, architecture, interiors, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.
- In-depth understanding of Instagram Reels and LinkedIn video content formats.
- A strong eye for composition, pacing, musicality, and visual aesthetics.
- Capability to transform standard footage into visually captivating content.
- Expertise in color grading, sound design, typography, and motion graphics.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling premium interior and project visuals.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with AI-based video editing tools is advantageous.
