Video Content Editor

Overview

Gem Fashion Studio is seeking an experienced Video Content Editor to work onsite at their Mumbai office. The role requires strong editing skills with a focus on short-form video content and photo retouching, alongside designing promotional creatives for online platforms.

Key Duties

• Edit and retouch photos from catalog photoshoots, including background enhancements tailored to themes or project needs.
• Create banners, posters, and other creative assets for the company website.
• Produce special edits for social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Handle video editing and retouching with emphasis on formats like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and podcast-style videos.

Technical Proficiencies

• Expertise in AI-assisted software tools for image and video editing.
• Proven skill in editing short-form video content specifically designed for social media channels.
• Mandatory proficiency with MAC systems.

Work Conditions and Benefits

• Work schedule: 12-hour shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Two Sundays off per month.
• Monthly salary ranging between 20,000 and 25,000 INR, paid directly.
• Accommodation provided by the company exclusively for male employees.
• Overtime is compensated additionally.
• Annual performance bonuses offered after 1 to 2 years of service.
• Company supplies tea twice daily and snacks once daily.
• Work mobile phones provided to employees, with personal phones not permitted during work hours.
