Role Overview

The Vice President of Agentic AI Platform will be pivotal in developing secure, scalable, and governed AI agent platforms to enhance investment, enterprise, and operational workflows. This leadership role involves collaborating closely with technology, architecture, cybersecurity, transformation, and business units to establish best practices for agentic AI deployment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the technical strategy setting orchestration approaches, agent design models, memory handling, model gateways, and developer tools for the agentic AI platform.
• Create standards and reference architectures for AI agents on platforms such as Copilot Studio and Gemini Enterprise.
• Manage and update the platform roadmap to balance immediate demands and long-term technology goals.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and enterprise architecture teams to establish security controls, including access and data management, plus audit logging for agentic systems.
• Implement monitoring solutions to track agent performance, detect risks, and ensure compliance across business units.
• Partner with the digital fluency team to make agentic AI tools accessible to citizen developers firm-wide.
• Serve as the primary advisor to teams deploying agent-based solutions, guiding on architecture and best practices.
• Communicate complex platform decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders transparently.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies within the agentic AI field, recommending adoption or monitoring strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in software or platform engineering, or AI/ML infrastructure, including a minimum of 2 years specifically with AI or agent-based systems deployed in live environments.
• Practical experience with agentic AI platforms or frameworks like Copilot Studio or Gemini Enterprise.
• Proven ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams involving security, architecture, and business leaders.
• In-depth understanding of agentic AI principles: orchestration, tool integration, memory management, and coordination of multi-agent systems.
• Capacity to define and enforce platform standards balancing technical excellence with usability.
• Strong communication skills facilitating collaboration between engineering and business teams.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ongoing engagement with advancements in AI technology to continually inform team direction.
