Vending Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and well-organized Vending Operator to manage and maintain vending machine operations at our Hatton Cross location, Vanguard Way. This full-time position offers a competitive rate of £13.78 per hour. The successful candidate will ensure vending machines and service points are replenished, accurately recorded, and presented to high standards in an airport environment.

Key Duties

• Restocking vending machines and service areas promptly and accurately
• Keeping an eye on stock quantities and presentation quality
• Maintaining precise and thorough stock records
• Properly storing food items and products safely
• Conducting storage and due diligence inspections
• Labelling products correctly and ensuring freshness dates are adhered to
• Collaborating with management and other teams to guarantee smooth service
• Participating in training sessions as required

Candidate Requirements

• At least five years of continuous employment history without gaps, mandatory for airport operations
• Possession of a valid category B driving license
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Dependability and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work confidently both independently and within a team
• Familiarity with stock management and record keeping
• Commitment to upholding food safety standards
• Previous experience in service support roles is advantageous
