Join the team at Vertu Citroen and Ford Worcester as a skilled Vehicle Technician. We offer a competitive base salary up to £45,800 annually depending on your expertise, based on a 40-hour work week, plus an opportunity to earn additional performance bonuses. Sign-on bonus includes £4,000: £2,000 paid in the first month and £2,000 paid after 13 months of employment.
Role and Key Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Technician, your efforts will directly contribute to delivering excellent customer service built on trust and integrity. Your focus will be on providing high-quality repairs with a strong commitment to first-time fix rates.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a relevant automotive qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3.
- Current experience working as a Vehicle Technician.
- An MOT license is desirable but not mandatory.
- Must have own set of tools.
- Valid full UK driving licence required.
