Vehicle Technician

Overview

Vertu Peugeot Oxford is expanding and invites applications for the position of Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join their enthusiastic and growing team in Oxford, England.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £49,780, based on candidate skills and experience.
• A performance-related bonus scheme on top of the basic salary.
• A £4,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two parts: £2,000 within the first month and £2,000 after completing 12 months of continuous employment.
• 33 days of annual leave, which increases to 37 days with length of service.
• Flexible working arrangements Monday through Friday to support a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A formal automotive qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main franchised workshop environment.
• Possession of personal tools relevant to the role.
• A full UK driving licence is mandatory.
