Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Van Ply Liner / Vehicle Conversion Technician to join a well-established team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule and a competitive salary ranging from 30,000 to 30,000 to 30,000 to 30,000 30,000 to 40,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform ply lining and boarding out of commercial vehicles and vans.
• Measure, cut, and install plywood and related materials precisely.
• Fit flooring, side panels, bulkheads, and other vehicle conversion components.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and proficiently.
• Work from technical drawings and accurate measurements to deliver a high-quality finish.
• Complete vehicle conversions and modifications to excellent standards.
• Ensure all assigned work is executed efficiently and with precision.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in ply lining, van conversions, vehicle fitting, or a closely related field.
• Background working with commercial vehicles or light commercial vehicles (LCVs) is highly preferred.
• Skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools.
• Strong ability to measure, cut, and fit materials with accuracy.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in craftsmanship.
• Dependable and practical, capable of working independently.
• Possession of a full UK driving licence is beneficial.

Employment Package

• Annual salary between 30,000 and 40,000, determined by experience.
• Monday through Friday work schedule.
