Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products securely and efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Check and load goods accurately according to delivery instructions and invoices.
• Maintain cleanliness and carry out routine upkeep of the delivery van.
• Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws to protect yourself, others, and the vehicle.
• Handle delivery documentation such as invoices and confirmations efficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed.
• Report any vehicle faults, traffic infringements, or accidents immediately to management.
• Adhere strictly to assigned routes and schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Engage with customers to address questions and resolve any concerns professionally.
• Ensure correctness of orders before and after deliveries to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks including tire pressure, fuel, and oil levels and keep the van clean inside and out.
• Organize timely servicing and necessary maintenance of the delivery vehicle.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid UAE manual driving license with a clean driving history.
• Minimum of one year experience operating vans with at least 3.5-ton capacity.
• Thorough understanding of UAE traffic regulations and road networks.
• Physical ability to lift heavy goods and carry out manual tasks.
• Basic proficiency in English for communication.
• Ready to start work immediately.
• Experience in food and beverage delivery is beneficial but not mandatory.
