About the Role

Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries L.L.C is seeking a skilled delivery driver with a manual license to safely transport goods in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent driving skills, customer service, and vehicle upkeep abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely and efficiently, ensuring top-notch customer service.
• Precisely verify and load delivery items as per instructions and invoices.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery van.
• Strictly follow safety standards and traffic laws for personal and public safety.
• Handle delivery documents including invoices and confirmation slips.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary.
• Quickly report vehicle problems, traffic infringements, or accidents to supervisors.
• Adhere to assigned routes and delivery schedules.
• Review orders pre- and post-delivery to confirm accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver responsive customer service, managing inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks (tire pressure, fuel, oil) and arrange maintenance promptly.
• Keep the van clean inside and out.
• Prepare required reports and documentation related to deliveries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid UAE manual driving license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year’s experience handling vans of at least 3.5 tons capacity.
• Good understanding of UAE road network and traffic regulations.
• Physical capability to lift heavy packages and carry out manual handling tasks.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Readiness for immediate joining.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage sector is an added advantage.
