Job Overview

Join the Norwich Valeter Team as part of the Assured Group, a trusted outsourced Vehicle Cleaner and Driver supplier. We are hiring multiple vehicle valeters responsible for maintaining vehicles to high standards while delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicle interiors and exteriors to ensure a superior appearance.
• Deliver and pick up various vehicles according to the permissions of your driving license.
• Complete all vehicle handover documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly during delivery and collection; document any damages, defects or faults and obtain customer acknowledgment.
• Follow and support all health and safety policies to guarantee safety for yourself and others.

Qualifications and Experience

• Applicants must hold a full UK driving license held for over one year with no more than six penalty points.
• Previous experience as a vehicle valeter is valued but not essential as full training will be provided.

• Strong customer service abilities.
• Good organizational skills with reliable punctuality.
• A positive approach combined with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work varying hours including Saturdays as needed.

Additional Details

• Shift patterns and employment type will be clarified during the interview process.
• Compensation rate is £12.71 per hour.
