Job description
Overview
The Assured Group is seeking several Vehicle Valeters to join their Ipswich team, continuing their role as the preferred outsourced Vehicle Cleaner and Driver provider in the area. This on-site position involves both vehicle valeting and some driving duties, delivering exceptional customer service as Valeters and Drivers serve as key customer contact points.
Main Responsibilities
- Thoroughly valet, clean, and detail the interiors and exteriors of vehicles to a high standard
- Deliver and collect a variety of vehicles in line with your UK driving license class entitlements
- Complete all necessary handover paperwork accurately and comprehensively
- Inspect vehicles carefully upon delivery and collection, documenting any damages, defects, or faults and obtaining customer sign-off
- Follow and promote health and safety guidelines to maintain personal and workplace safety
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Full UK Driving License held for over one year with a maximum of 6 penalty points
- Prior experience in vehicle valeting preferred but not mandatory as full training will be provided
