Situated at 31 Wheat Road, Sydney, the W Sydney team is seeking a dedicated Wheels Captain. Reporting to the Chief Concierge or their delegate, this role is pivotal in ensuring guests receive memorable service in a bustling, ever-changing environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests, sharing information about hotel amenities, services, operational hours, and local attractions.
- Provide courteous assistance by opening doors and aiding guests and visitors entering or leaving the property.
- Manage luggage storage and retrieval efficiently.
- Transport guest luggage between rooms and designated bell areas.
- Help guests in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading of luggage.
- Offer directions and guidance to guests as needed.
- Coordinate guest transportation arrangements such as taxis, shuttles, and limousine services, documenting advance requests.
- Explain parking protocols to guests and visitors.
- Follow up to confirm guests’ requests or concerns are satisfactorily addressed.
Job Requirements
- Possession of a valid full New South Wales driver’s license.
