Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing client requests and issues, proactively communicating, and innovating solutions to challenges.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before parking, clearly documenting any findings.
• Communicate valet service rates to customers in a clear and friendly manner.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and practice safe driving at all times.
• Report any accidents, safety concerns, unusual events, or policy breaches to management immediately.
• Maintain familiarity with local streets, landmarks, and highways to ensure a smooth customer transportation experience.
• Uphold professional appearance by wearing a clean uniform for the entire duration of scheduled shifts and arriving punctually.
• Support management with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license with a current address and a clean driving record.
• Capability to drive vehicles with manual transmission is advantageous.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evening shifts and weekends as needed.
• Eligibility to work legally in the United States, verified with proper documentation upon hiring.
• Strong communication skills to provide accurate information and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Basic numeracy skills to handle US currency and comprehend written communications like instructions, emails, and memos.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions and adapt calmly to changes or unexpected situations during work.

Physical Requirements

The employee must regularly stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment, occasionally sit, climb, balance, and be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The position pays $14.00 per hour plus tips. Eligible employees have access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision plans, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance (long/short term), life and accident insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
