Role Summary

We are looking for dedicated Valet Drivers who prioritize safety and have a friendly demeanor, eager to engage positively with customers. Join our skilled, supportive team, many of whom began as valets themselves, and help us make every client interaction memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold our commitment to exceptional service by efficiently addressing client needs and issues, proactively communicating with customers, and continually seeking innovative solutions to challenges.
• Thoroughly inspect vehicles before parking, recording any notable observations.
• Communicate valet rates clearly to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and prioritize safe driving practices at every turn.
• Promptly report any accidents, hazards, unusual events, or policy breaches to supervisors.
• Know the local geography, including major roads, landmarks, and highways, to ensure smooth transit for customers.
• Arrive punctually in clean, complete uniform for every scheduled shift and maintain professional appearance throughout.
• Support management by assisting with additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

• Possess a valid state driver's license, current residency address, and a clean driving record.
• Capability to operate manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
• Provide proof of legal authorization to work in the U.S. if hired.
• Effectively convey information to customers and colleagues and handle customer inquiries or issues professionally.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills necessary for reading, writing, calculating U.S. currency, and understanding instructions and communications.
• Ability to follow oral and written guidelines, and adapt calmly to unexpected changes or delays on the job.

Physical Requirements

This job requires routine standing, walking, and manual dexterity for handling cash and equipment. Occasionally, sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds may be necessary. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position is $20.00, with eligibility to earn additional tips.
