Valet Driver

Responsibilities

• Ensure every client interaction is positive by promptly resolving requests and concerns, proactively communicating, and innovating solutions to potential issues.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before parking, documenting any findings.
• Clearly communicate valet service rates to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and promote safe driving habits.
• Report any accidents, hazards, unusual events, or policy violations to management promptly.
• Maintain strong knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to facilitate a smooth customer transportation experience.
• Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts, fully dressed in clean uniform, and remain in uniform throughout the shift.
• Support management by assisting with additional assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Hold a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and current address.
• Capability to drive vehicles with manual transmissions is advantageous.
• Availability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States, with proper documentation upon hiring.
• Strong communication skills to provide accurate information and professionally address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills including reading, writing, and handling financial transactions.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions and adapt calmly to workplace changes, delays, or unexpected events.

Physical Requirements

The role requires standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and equipment regularly; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing; and the ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be available for disabilities.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly pay rate is $11.50 plus tips. Eligible employees may participate in comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance, life insurance, accident insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
