Job Responsibilities
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality by addressing requests and complaints promptly, identifying innovative solutions to challenges, and maintaining proactive communication with clients.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections prior to parking, noting all relevant details.
- Clearly communicate valet service rates to customers.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations and promote safe driving habits.
- Report any accidents, hazards, unusual incidents, or policy breaches to supervisory staff without delay.
- Be knowledgeable of local major roads, landmarks, and highways to facilitate smooth customer transportation experiences.
- Attend all shifts punctually, dressed neatly in the prescribed uniform, and maintain uniform standards throughout the shift.
- Support management by performing additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and up-to-date address information.
- Capability to operate vehicles with manual transmissions is advantageous.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends when necessary.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, with appropriate documentation if hired.
- Effective communication skills to provide accurate information and professionally handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including the ability to read, write, perform calculations with US currency, and understand written and verbal instructions.
- Adaptability to follow directions and calmly manage changes, delays, or unforeseen situations during work.
Physical Requirements
This role demands frequent standing, walking, and use of hands to manage cash and equipment. Occasionally, sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds is required. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for eligible individuals.
