Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional client service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, proactively communicating with customers, and innovatively solving any arising problems.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before parking, documenting all observations.
• Provide clear explanations of valet pricing to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and maintain safe driving habits.
• Report any incidents, hazards, suspicious activities, or policy breaches to management promptly.
• Familiarize yourself with local roads, landmarks, and highways to facilitate seamless transport experiences for clients.
• Present a tidy uniform, arrive punctually, and remain in full uniform throughout each scheduled shift.
• Support management with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hold a valid state driver's license with a current address and a satisfactory driving record.
• Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States with proper documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to provide accurate information and handle customer issues professionally.
• Competency in reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic involving US currency.
• Ability to follow both written and oral instructions and adapt calmly to changes or delays during work.

Physical Demands

The role regularly requires standing, walking, and handling cash and equipment. Occasionally, sitting and balancing or climbing are needed. Employees may need to lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position is $13.00, with additional earnings possible through tips. Eligible employees can access various benefits including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
