Utility Worker

Key Responsibilities

• Manually washing dishes or operating dishwashing machines.
• Cleaning and sanitizing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors.
• Disposing of trash and garbage in assigned areas.
• Using specific chemicals to clean equipment adhering to sanitary standards.
• Restocking supplies like soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
• Frequent walking and standing for extended periods, potentially over 8 hours per shift.
• Physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting items up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Showing punctuality and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Carrying out other duties assigned which may vary between accounts based on operational needs and client requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No previous work experience is required for this role.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation procedures and fundamental food safety concepts.

Compensation and Work Conditions

Hourly pay ranges between $20 and $22. The position requires physical mobility and stamina to remain active throughout shifts.
