Position Overview and Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans either manually or using a dishwashing machine.
• Ensure kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are kept clean and organized at all times.
• Store washed dishes, cooking utensils, and equipment properly in designated areas.
• Handle incoming deliveries, including receiving products from vendors and organizing stock.
• Sort and dispose of trash by placing it in assigned pickup zones.
• Clean and manage the walk-in cooler with proper rotation of stock.

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn standard cleaning procedures and equipment involved in dishwashing tasks.
• Physical capability to perform continuous demanding activities such as bending, walking, and lifting.
• Prior experience in dishwashing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
