Job Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines or hand-wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Keep kitchen workspaces, equipment, and utensils clean and well-organized.
• Store cleaned dishes, utensils, and cooking tools properly.
• Handle receiving deliveries from vendors and organizing stock when assigned.
• Collect and dispose of trash by placing it in designated pickup zones.
• Clean and regularly rotate items within the walk-in cooler.

Requirements

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn standard dishwashing cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks such as frequent bending, walking, and lifting.
• Previous experience in dishwashing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
