Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Managing scheduled breaks for assigned workstations efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness in designated areas throughout the facility.
• Cleaning oven screens to ensure proper functionality.
• Performing maintenance such as cleaning latex filters to support production quality.
• Monitoring assigned work zones attentively to uphold safety and operational standards.
• Demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously during shifts.

Candidate Qualifications

• Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work comfortably in environments characterized by heat and dirt.
• Tolerance to odors associated with latex materials.
• Endurance to stand for the entire duration of the assigned shift.
• Physical flexibility to perform bending, squatting, stooping, and crouching activities as needed.
