Role Overview

As a dishwasher at Olive Garden, you play a vital role in enhancing guests' dining experiences by meticulously cleaning and sanitizing all plates, glassware, utensils, and touch points within the restaurant. Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy dishwashing area at all times.
• Prepare and operate the dishwashing equipment effectively.
• Ensure all dishes are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored for use.
• Arrange bus pans for soaking dishes and prepare sinks for manual washing duties.
• Carry out cleaning tasks assigned by management to maintain hygiene standards.
• Regularly empty and clean garbage containers to keep the workspace sanitary.
• Strictly follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Support team members by assisting whenever necessary.
