Job Overview

We are looking for Utility staff to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across our restaurants and other operational units, ensuring a spotless, safe environment for both guests and colleagues.

Key Duties

• Deliver warm and friendly customer interactions.
• Perform essential and challenging cleaning tasks to high standards.
• Create and sustain hygienic workspaces enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Clean all surfaces and equipment, including floors, ceilings, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, service counters, and storage areas.
• Dispose of waste properly by moving refuse to designated spots.
• Clear and reset tables in dining sections between guest seatings and transport service items to kitchens for cleaning.
• Manually scrape food debris from dishes, pots, and pans, hand-wash or load dishwashers, and organize cleaned items in storage.
• Use appropriate chemicals to clean equipment meeting sanitary requirements, potentially involving heavy machinery.
• Assist guests with specific requests and relay special needs to servers or supervisors.
• Manage loading and unloading of supply trucks, transferring goods between storage and work areas.
• Stock, date, rotate food items, and control food temperatures.
• Complete additional assigned tasks as needed.
