Position Summary

We are looking for a user-focused UI/UX Designer to create engaging and intuitive digital experiences. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams from concept to delivery, ensuring user needs and business goals are met through effective user journeys and polished user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements based on user needs and business objectives.
• Convert insights and requirements into detailed user journeys, flows, wireframes, interaction concepts, and high-fidelity UI visuals.
• Develop interactive prototypes and design assets using Figma, covering all phases from initial concepts to final design.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather feedback and translate results into design enhancements.
• Maintain and apply design system guidelines to ensure uniformity, usability, and quality throughout digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers during the implementation phase, provide clear design documentation, and support quality assurance during user acceptance testing.
• Design responsive interfaces considering accessibility, usability, and technical constraints in daily design decisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or interaction design roles.
• High proficiency with Figma, including skills in wireframing, prototyping, component creation, Auto Layout, and team collaboration features.
• Strong familiarity with design systems and experience using standard components, design patterns, and guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder management skills to articulate design choices effectively.
• Capable of working autonomously within cross-functional teams, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
