Role Overview

The User Experience Writer will be based full-time on-site in Riyadh. This role entails close collaboration with product managers, designers, developers, and researchers to develop clear, user-friendly content for the Karaz Platform. Primary responsibilities include drafting and polishing interface texts such as microcopy and in-app messages, establishing content guidelines and style standards for consistency across products, and applying UX research findings to enhance content usability. Additionally, the writer will map user journeys to ensure complex health and technology topics are communicated in accessible language. Supporting feature documentation, contributing to content strategy for new projects, and engaging in design reviews and usability testing are also key duties.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient user experience writing skills focused on clarity, accessibility, and user-oriented communication.
• Expertise in UX research and content strategy to align content with product and business objectives.
• Technical writing ability to produce clear product documentation, guidelines, and support materials.
• Exceptional command of written English; Arabic skills are advantageous for the local market.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers.
• Availability to work on-site in Riyadh and manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to deadlines and details.
• Experience working with digital products, especially within health technology or wellness platforms, is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Linguistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience.
