Job description

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced US Technical Recruiter located in Bengaluru with a minimum of 4 years dedicated to US IT staffing. The candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing recruitment processes for Direct Client, MSP, and VMS engagements, successfully delivering quality candidate submissions within set deadlines. Prior experience recruiting in BFSI, Retail, and Pharma sectors is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete US recruitment cycle, including sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Handle Direct Client, MSP, and VMS recruitment requirements to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
  • Utilize recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and in-house candidate databases to source talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening assessing technical expertise, communication abilities, visa eligibility, and domain fit.
  • Coordinate with account managers and hiring teams to comprehend role specifics across BFSI, Retail, and Pharma industry verticals.
  • Maintain rapid turnaround times and build a robust pipeline of qualified applicants.
  • Manage negotiations on rates, handle offer discussions, and facilitate onboarding processes.
  • Keep precise records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Stay informed on US staffing regulations, visa classifications including H1B, OPT, Green Card, and US citizenship compliance standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 4 years of US IT recruitment experience.
  • Experience working across Direct Client, MSP, and VMS recruitment frameworks is mandatory.
  • Proven hiring experience specifically in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.
  • Strong familiarity with technical IT roles like Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps, Cloud experts, and QA professionals.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
  • Thorough understanding of US tax classifications: W2, C2C, and 1099.
  • Proficiency in ATS software such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, or Ceipal.
  • Consistent achievement of submission and hiring targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work US shift hours (night shifts).
