US Recruiter

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated US Recruiter to find and engage IT, Engineering, and Non-IT candidates for our US-based clients. This position is based in Noida and requires working the EST shift hours onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates across IT, Engineering, and Non-IT domains for client requirements in the USA.
• Analyze job descriptions to accurately identify required skill sets and utilize various US job websites to find suitable resumes.
• Conduct comprehensive resume and candidate screening, going beyond basic inquiries about availability and salary expectations.
• Gather detailed technical and functional expertise necessary for each job requisition.
• Employ social media as a recruiting tool and proactively headhunt candidates.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail by identifying spelling or grammatical errors in candidate resumes.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between 6 months and 5 years of experience specifically in US recruitment.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of job requisitions and skillful use of keywords for advanced candidate searches.
• Have proven experience handling W2 requisitions directly from clients.
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with candidates at different professional levels.
• Adopt a proactive recruitment strategy by building talent pipelines aligned with client business goals rather than merely reacting to new requisitions.
• Be self-driven with a persistent and determined mindset.
