About the Role
EmployVision Inc. is seeking seasoned US Staffing Recruiters to join their Bangalore office. This on-site position located at MG Road requires candidates with substantial expertise in US recruitment and sourcing, capable of handling both IT and non-IT needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities and Candidate Profile
- Manage direct client hiring demands for full-time and W-2 contract roles.
- Demonstrate strong sourcing abilities through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Recruit for diverse profiles including US IT, non-IT, Techno-Functional, and BFSI sectors.
- Maintain a steady and consistent employment record across previous roles.
- Based currently in Bangalore and committed to working on-site at MG Road.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in US staffing recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for direct client positions rather than implementation vendor roles.
- Strong skills in full-time and W-2 contract hiring processes.
- Preference for candidates with minimal job switches and stable career history.
Additional Information
Immediate joiners or those available within 15-20 days' notice period are preferred. Candidates specializing primarily in implementation partner or vendor requirements are not eligible.
