Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
- Review resumes thoroughly and conduct technical interviews to assess candidate skills.
- Ensure compliance with US tax terms including W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp arrangements, as well as understand visa regulations like H-1B, E3, and TN visas.
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules, communicate updates with clients, and facilitate job offer processes.
Requirements
- Work experience ranging from 1 to 7 years in US IT recruitment.
- Ability to work night shifts based in Vadodara, Gujarat.
- Must be a graduate (any discipline) eligible to apply.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
