Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous US Non-IT Recruiter based in Hyderabad (Cybergate Way, Hi Tech City) to work on a hybrid model (4 days onsite). This position is focused on recruiting candidates for light industrial roles such as assembly line workers, warehouse associates, and machine operators, primarily catering to US staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including online job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates for light industrial positions.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability for roles.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and coordinate recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Manage offer coordination and candidate onboarding procedures.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in US staffing, particularly in light industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience dealing with US citizens and Green Card holders, familiarity with W2 tax terms.
• Understanding of MSP/VMS environments and direct client hiring processes.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication skills essential for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High professionalism and ethical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification.
