Job Overview

We are seeking candidates with relevant U.S. Mortgage servicing experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on servicing components including Escrow, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, and Bankruptcy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle various aspects of U.S. Mortgage servicing processes such as escrow management, loss mitigation strategies, foreclosure procedures, and bankruptcy cases.
• Maintain accuracy and adherence to compliance standards within servicing operations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to support mortgage servicing goals.

Candidate Profile

• Any graduate bringing applicable experience in U.S. Mortgage servicing domain.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication with a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to work.
• Ability to work rotational shifts comfortably and be a cooperative team member.

Additional Information

• Position is based in Hyderabad with mandatory office attendance.
• Salary offered is 5.5 LPA.
• Fixed weekends off on Saturday and Sunday.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
