Role Overview
Robotics Technologies seeks motivated individuals for the US IT Recruitment Executive position. This opportunity begins with a 60-day intensive internship focused on training in the US recruitment domain. Successful candidates will transition to a permanent full-time role after meeting internship performance criteria.
Internship Details
- Duration of 60 days with a monthly stipend of 3,000 INR during training
- Performance incentives ranging from 30,000 to 35,000 INR based on successful placements

Full-Time Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary of 15,000 INR
- Additional variable pay with incentives earning potential of 30,000 to 35,000+ INR

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles in the US market
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including job portals and internal databases
- Conduct initial interviews focusing on technical, communication, and cultural fit assessments
- Coordinate between clients and candidates to facilitate smooth interview scheduling and recruitment processes
Work Schedule
- Night shift hours: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM
- Workweek from Monday to Friday with weekends off
Eligibility Criteria
- Female candidates only
- Education: Graduates in B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Sc or any Bachelor's degree completed in 2023 or later
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and US staffing industries
