Job Overview

This full-time role based in Hyderabad requires a seasoned US Staffing Interview Support Specialist to assist consultants through the interview lifecycle for US IT staffing positions, working primarily on night shifts aligned with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive interview support to candidates applying for US IT staffing roles.
• Manage interview scheduling among candidates, recruiters, vendors, and clients.
• Prepare candidates for technical and client interviews according to job requirements.
• Facilitate mock interviews and offer constructive feedback.
• Clarify job descriptions, client expectations, and interview protocols to candidates.
• Maintain accurate tracking reports on interview statuses.
• Conduct follow-ups with candidates before and after interviews.
• Collaborate closely with Bench Sales, Recruitment, and Account Management teams.
• Resolve escalations related to interviews promptly.
• Foster continuous communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Monitor submissions, interview feedback, and placement progression.
• Ensure candidates' readiness and availability for scheduled interviews.
• Manage multiple candidate interview processes simultaneously.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in US IT staffing, recruitment, or bench sales.
• In-depth knowledge of the US staffing lifecycle and US IT job roles and technologies.
• Proficiency in conducting candidate interview preparation and mock sessions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong capability in coordination and persistent follow-up.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with US time zones and staffing terminologies.
• Experience interacting with consultants, vendors, clients, and recruiters.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting candidates through client, vendor, and technical interviews.
• Background in high-volume interview coordination within US IT staffing companies.
• Knowledge of US staffing processes including W2, C2C, 1099, OPT, CPT, and H1B.
• Experience managing senior-level consultants and challenging interview circumstances.
