Role Summary
We are hiring motivated US IT Recruiters with experience between 2 to 4 years in the US staffing industry. This role is based in our new office located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Immediate joiners are preferred to fill this night shift position (9:30 PM to 6:00 AM IST).
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT talent proactively through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and innovative methods.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and technical evaluations to assess qualifications and cultural compatibility.
- Collaborate with clients to understand specific hiring requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, emphasizing their skills and potential contributions.
- Manage negotiations of job offers and compensation packages between clients and candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, compensation standards, and new technologies to provide informed advice.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Between 1 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly in US staffing.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- Proactive, self-driven with a strong motivation to excel.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
Working Conditions and Location
This is an on-site role requiring candidates to be located in or near Jamshedpur and to work the night shift from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM IST.
