Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team located at our Hyderabad office. The role involves end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals for various client engagements, specifically covering the US IT market. This position requires working night shifts aligned to PST hours, from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified US IT candidates leveraging multiple platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate skills and suitability.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed candidate documentation and monitor recruitment metrics.
- Work closely with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of position requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Ensure prompt and effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment or technical recruitment roles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of US IT job functions and technical domains.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to operate independently while adhering to PST shift timings.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and contemporary recruitment methodologies.
- Eligible candidates must hold at least a graduate degree.
