Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter based in Hyderabad (Raheja Mindspace, Madhapur), working night shifts (9 PM to 6 AM IST). This role requires at least five years of recruitment experience, including 3+ years working with Beeline (Microsoft) in technical staffing. The candidate will lead the end-to-end recruiting cycle, focusing on direct client engagements, mentoring junior recruiters, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing for technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define job requirements and ensure aligned recruitment strategies.
• Develop innovative sourcing techniques leveraging job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, and direct networking.
• Manage relationships with direct clients, offering market insight and strategic advice on talent acquisition.
• Lead and support a team of recruiters, fostering best hiring practices and tracking performance metrics.
• Analyze recruitment data to monitor success and suggest improvements; prepare reports for management.
• Maintain compliance with applicable US employment laws throughout recruitment processes.
• Balance managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and occasionally perform as an individual contributor.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• At least 3 years experience specifically using Beeline in an agency or corporate context, preferably with Microsoft clients.
• Solid understanding of diverse technical roles, programming languages, cloud computing, DevOps, and software engineering domains.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment customer relationship management tools, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow.
• Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects efficiently and work independently when required.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead recruiting teams.
• Familiarity with US employment regulations governing recruitment practices.
