US IT & Non-IT Recruiter

About the Role

Clevanoo LLC invites enthusiastic individuals, including fresh graduates, to join as US IT & Non-IT Recruiters based in Hyderabad. This full-time position operates during US night shift hours, focusing on recruiting for diverse IT and Non-IT roles targeting US-based opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a clear understanding of client requirements and job descriptions across IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Identify potential candidates through platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes meticulously to shortlist candidates aligned with job specifications.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate communication skills, experience, expertise, and candidate availability.
• Provide candidates with detailed information about job roles, responsibilities, and work locations.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with clients and internal recruitment teams.
• Keep detailed records of candidate data and recruitment progress within organizational systems.
• Regularly update and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and sustain a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
• Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets set by the company.
• Maintain professional communication standards with candidates, clients, and colleagues.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.
• Capability to comprehend job descriptions and effectively match candidates to role criteria.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to US recruitment procedures.
• Availability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Ability to perform in a goal-driven environment.
