We are seeking a Civil Estimator to join our team at Clevanoo LLC based in Bayport, NY. This full-time onsite role involves accurately assessing project costs and evaluating the financial feasibility of potential projects. While many interested professionals in this field are engineers, this position specifically does not require a Civil Engineering degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed about industry competitive advantages to support the bidding process efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in cost data by thorough information analysis.
- Gather precise quotations for required materials and systems to ensure accurate cost estimations.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or comparable experience.
- Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
- Ability to interpret and understand blueprints and construction plans.
- Preferred 1 to 3 years experience working in construction-related roles.
Additional Information
Salary for the position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 annually.
