Role Summary
The University Recruiter plays a pivotal role driving growth for the Consultant Development Program across the UK, Germany, and Spain. This position emphasizes attracting and sourcing diverse early-career talent, establishing connections with premier European academic institutions, and delivering a seamless candidate onboarding journey. The role demands a balance of speed, focus, and high personal accountability while living the company's values.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage premier early-career candidates across Western Europe through direct sourcing, referrals, and coordinated outreach alongside Talent Marketing.
- Manage candidate application reviews and ensure alignment with regional hiring strategies.
- Organize and participate in university career fairs, technical exhibitions, and informational sessions across target regions to elevate Veeva's employer brand.
- Develop and maintain a sustainable referral pipeline by nurturing connections within employee networks, alumni groups, and student organizations.
- Lead candidate engagement from offer acceptance through to start date, including hosting monthly touchpoints and facilitating networking among cohorts.
- Implement continuous process improvements based on evaluation metrics, refining sourcing channels and hiring processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in talent acquisition emphasizing early-career or university recruiting within European markets.
- Based in and authorized to work within the European Union.
- Proficient in both English and German languages.
- Strong execution focus with an emphasis on speed and accuracy in operational tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, concise, and collaborative approach and proven stakeholder management.
- Comfortable utilizing assessment tools, monitoring recruitment metrics, and conducting structured pipeline reviews weekly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in recruiting for software, cloud technologies, or consulting services.
- Knowledge of Western European university ecosystems.
- Experience collaborating with Talent Marketing on digital recruitment campaigns.
Interview Process
- Submit application and resume for consideration.
- Complete a third-party administered personality assessment within three days of application.
- Successful candidates proceed to a hiring manager interview, a practical case exercise, and a final discussion with a senior leader.
- Final decisions communicated post-interview completion.
Compensation
- Total compensation ranges from 35,000 to 60,000 EUR, varying by experience and location.
- Package may include base salary, variable bonuses, and/or stock options.
