Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for both IT and non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes.
- Establish and expand a pool of qualified candidates by executing proactive sourcing methods such as utilizing job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referral programs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend specific job requirements and customize recruitment reports accordingly.
- Oversee relationships with external recruitment vendors, including recruitment agencies; negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
- Review resumes meticulously, perform initial phone or video screenings, and evaluate candidates for skills and cultural compatibility.
- Organize and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams, ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Lead salary negotiation discussions and provide market data to facilitate competitive compensation packages.
- Maintain comprehensive candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to generate reports on hiring progress and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 4 to 8 years of professional experience in recruitment encompassing IT and functional hiring.
- Demonstrate strong vendor management skills, including effective collaboration with external agencies and performance tracking.
- Achieve successful recruitment outcomes across diverse domains such as software development, engineering, data science, human resources, finance, and operations.
- Experienced in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and various sourcing tools.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build and sustain productive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable about recruitment best practices, including fostering diversity and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Capable of handling several open positions concurrently while meeting strict deadlines effectively.
