Underground Facilities Locator

Overview

Shermco Industries Canada is seeking an entry-level Underground Facility Locator to operate in the Grenfell region of Saskatchewan. This role involves providing locating services for underground utilities throughout both urban and rural areas in the province.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate underground utility locating services across Saskatchewan to customers.
• Maintain excellent customer service, ensure safety standards, and produce quality work.
• Work effectively in diverse environments including both city and countryside settings.

Qualifications

• This is a position suitable for entry-level candidates.
• Prior experience in related fields is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required.
• Preferred candidates will have familiarity with locating underground cables, especially within the utility sector, and understand telecommunications and utility infrastructure.

Compensation

The wage range for this role is CAD 19 to CAD 23 per hour.
